Out of an abundance of caution and concern for our clients and our staff, we are doing everything possible to continue to serve our clients without face-to-face contact (per Governor Wolf’s restrictions).
Depending on your need, there may be several options available to conduct business remotely. We understand that there are many who are vulnerable to the spread of this virus, which is why we have tried our best to make our services accessible remotely.
Our primary concern is providing the best service we can to our clients who require them in this trying time. We ask, to protect each other and our staff members, that you give us time to accommodate any requirements you have as we work to provide you with the quality of support that you need.
We are keeping up to date with any changes given to us from Governor Wolf, such as what states are open to the public and will ensure that you are informed as soon as it is safe for us to accept client visits once again.
Furthermore, once we are given the go-ahead to reopen our offices, we will be introducing measures designed to protect any of our customers or employees who might be feeling uneasy. As with other businesses that have been open during the lockdown, we will be putting up signs reinforcing social distancing rules and installing sneeze guard screens in our offices wherever possible.
This is an uncertain time for everyone, so we want to make sure that we adhere to the relevant guidelines. So, as well as introducing additional resources and protocols, we will be enlisting the help of commercial cleaning services in our area to ensure that the office is as clean as it can be. Even though we will have safety measures in place, we want to make sure that we can prevent the spread of coronavirus where we can.
Thank you very much for your patience and support. Keep safe.
